Important disclosures for buyers and investors considering Papaya Holdings projects and pre-sale opportunities in Panama, including Playa Venao and Playa Raya.

Project materials are marketing information, not an offer or solicitation. Every transaction is subject to due diligence and signed contracts.

2. Pre-construction uncertainty

For pre-sale and pre-construction projects, specifications, availability, pricing, timelines and final results may change. Delays can arise from permits, municipal approvals, weather, labour, materials, inspections or infrastructure. See Panama pre-construction risk.

3. Illustrative images and plans

Images, renderings, floor plans, site plans, landscaping and amenities may be conceptual and differ from what is delivered.

4. No financial guarantees

References to rental income, occupancy, yields, appreciation or investment potential are illustrative. Real estate involves risk, including loss of capital, illiquidity, market downturns, regulatory changes and running costs.

5. Deposits and escrow
