Who we are
Papaya Holdings is a boutique real estate development and investment group focused on Playa Venao and Playa Raya. We identify undervalued coastal land, secure the development rights and turn selected parcels into carefully executed residential projects. We are not a property portal and not a high-volume brokerage: we are directly involved in buying land, permits, infrastructure planning and construction, and our team lives and works in Playa Venao.
Where we operate
We are based in Playa Venao and work across the surrounding coast, including Playa Raya and the Pedasí area of Los Santos Province. Our focus is near-beach land, residential lots, small gated communities and structured pre-sale projects in areas next to Playa Venao, where infrastructure is improving and supply is limited.
How we develop
- Buy early, with discipline. Every parcel is checked for access, clear title, zoning, environmental limits and infrastructure before we buy.
- Permits before marketing. Subdivision approvals and permits come before a project is launched.
- Design for the long term. Durable construction for a coastal climate, practical layouts and projects meant to age well.
- Few projects at a time, so we can control quality.
We sell titled property only, never Right of Possession land.
